just this afternoon, a new incoming 8th grade learner with her mother approached me and asked me about Assumption and i told them some beautiful memories about what i experienced in Assumption and i felt really great about it. the mother told me that Assumption is good school because of how they mold the learners in a unique way. it’s true because i am one them..molded uniquely. even if it was just for a while, i really enjoyed talking to them about Assumption Education.
I, I gotta new life, you would hardly recognize me, I’m so glad
How could a person like me care for you?
I, why do I bother when you’re not the one for me?
It’s enough, enough
I saw the sign and it opened up my eyes, I saw the sign
Life is demanding without understanding
I saw the sign and it opened up my eyes, I saw the sign
No one’s gonna drag you up to get into the light where you belong
But where do you belong?
I, under the clear moon for so many years
I’ve wondered who you are
How could a person like you bring me joy?
Under the pale moon where I see a lot of stars
It’s enough, enough
I saw the sign and it opened up my eyes, I saw the sign
Life is demanding without understanding
I saw the sign and it opened up my eyes, I saw the sign
No one’s gonna drag you up to get into the light where you belong
But where do you belong? Oh oh oh
I saw the sign and it opened up my mind
And I am happy now living without you, I’ve left you, oh oh oh
I saw the sign and it opened up my eyes, I saw the sign
No one’s gonna drag you up to get into the light where you belong
I saw the sign, I saw the sign
I saw the sign
I saw the sign, I saw the sign
I saw the sign, I saw the sign
I saw the sign
And it opened up my eyes, I saw the sign

Andy: “The thing that makes Woody special is: he’ll never give up on you. Ever.”
I used to think one day we’d tell the story of us
How we met and the sparks flew instantly
People would say they’re the lucky ones
I used to know my spot was next to you
Now I’m searching the room for an empty seat
‘Cause lately I don’t even know what page you’re on
Oh, a simple complication
Miscommunications lead to fallout
So many things that I wish you knew
So many walls up, I can’t break through
Now I’m standing alone in a crowded room
And we’re not speaking
And I’m dying to know, is it killing you
Like it’s killing me
I don’t know what to say since a twist of fate
When it all broke down
And the story of us looks a lot like a tragedy now
Next chapter
How’d we end up this way?
See me nervously pulling at my clothes and trying to look busy
And you’re doing your best to avoid me
I’m starting to think one day I’ll tell the story of us
How I was losing my mind when I saw you here
But you held your pride like you should have held me
Oh I’m scared to see the ending
Why are we pretending this is nothing?
I’d tell you I miss you, but I don’t know how
I’ve never heard silence quite this loud
Now I’m standing alone in a crowded room
And we’re not speaking
And I’m dying to know, is it killing you
Like it’s killing me
I don’t know what to say since a twist of fate
When it all broke down
And the story of us looks a lot like a tragedy now
This is looking like a contest
Of who can act like they care less
But I liked it better when you were on my side
The battle’s in your hands now
But I would lay my armor down
If you’d say you’d rather love then fight
So many things that you wish I knew
But the story of us might be ending soon
Now I’m standing alone in a crowded room
And we’re not speaking
And I’m dying to know, is it killing you
Like it’s killing me
I don’t know what to say since a twist of fate
When it all broke down
And the story of us looks a lot like a tragedy now
Now, now
And we’re not speaking
And I’m dying to know, is it killing you
Like it’s killing me?
And I don’t know what to say since a twist of fate
‘Cause we’re going down
And the story of us looks a lot like a tragedy now
